Attorney Daniel P. Melrose has dedicated his career to fighting for those who have been injured by the wrongful conduct of others. As an attorney at Roselli & Associates, Mr. Melrose represents clients who have been harmed by careless drivers, large trucks, defective products and hazardous conditions on property. He has a unique ability to relate to victims in a compassionate and understanding way while pursuing justice on their behalf with tenacity and respect to all those involved.
Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Mr. Melrose received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Law Center. While at Nova Law, Mr. Melrose received the Gold Award Certificate for his dedication to pro bono service to the community, which included volunteering at Mission United Veterans Pro Bono Project and the Broward County State Attorney’s Office in the Domestic Violence Felony Unit. Additionally, Mr. Melrose volunteered at the Economic Crimes Division of the Florida Attorney General’s Office, where he worked on cases involving violations of Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, while pursuing companies that targeted Florida consumers with unfair, unconscionable, and deceptive acts.
Before joining Roselli & Associates, Mr. Melrose was a litigation attorney handling property and casualty insurance claims.
Mr. Melrose received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Southern Maine and returned to Fort Lauderdale where he and his family maintained strong ties and friendships, especially in the medical community, including Holy Cross Hospital, where his Mother worked as a charge nurse and his father worked and served as Chief of Internal Medicine.
Outside of the office, Mr. Melrose interests include boating, sailing, diving and preserving the marine environment. Most importantly, Mr. Melrose is a dedicated husband and father.
